heritage listed buildings

Heritage listed buildings are unique pieces of history. As such these buildings are awarded a heritage listing due to their age, unique architecture, their societal value or because they are distinctive landmarks which distinguish the city. As such, structural restoration work on heritage listed buildings is a real art. Not only must work to the building be carried out in a way which rectifies underlying conditions, but the façade's appearance must be maintained without noticeable alteration.

Remedial Building Services have successfully completed structural work to a number of distinguished heritage listed buildings throughout NSW and Queensland. Working with specialist and government bodies we seek to identify the underlying structural problems, take measures to protect the building from building works and then make the necessary repairs and as required restore the façade to its original appearance.
