Structural Maintenance and Specialised Services

Remedial Building Services Australia are specialists in the maintenance, rectification and repair of buildings and other structures. Whilst our business grew through provision of services to the Inudstrial, commercial and residential sectors, we have since expanded our operations. Recognising that heavy industry also required structural repair services, we evolved our business; setting up a division which specifically caters to organisations in this more niched industry. These include:

  • Power Stations
  • LNG Plants
  • Port Facilities
  • Chemical Plants
  • Refineries
  • Smelters

Facility Management Services

Clients in heavy industry are often found in climate extremes, exposed to soaring temperatures, fierce winds and potentially abrasive sand storms. As a result the plant and building structures are placed under excessive strain. In order for these structures to last and be safe, it is essential that ongoing maintenance be undertaken to correct structural and other defects.

Working with our clients, we will develop a concise work schedule and repair methodology to ensure that all work we undertake minimises work interuptions and that it presents minimal (if any) risk to your staff and other contractors who may be on site. As required, we will even work after hours, through the night to implement the required structural rectification. All staff used on site will be qualified with appropriate tickets, including, Confined spaces or Working at Heights.

Remedial Building Services offer a range of specialised facility management services including:

If you would like further information on any of our services for heavy industry, please contact our offices and ask to speak to one of the team.
