RBSA Rehabilitation and return to work Policy

Remedial Building Services has, through consultation and agreement with Jeff Anderson and Jack Jakovljevic and the worker Occupational Health and Safety Committee representatives developed a Return- to- Work Program for the management of workers who are injured at work. This Program forms part of the operating procedures of R.B.S., is consistent with the insurance company’s Injury Management Program and will be reviewed every two years.

Workers will be regularly informed of their rights and responsibilities and of R.B.S. policies on return-to-work. Workers will be consulted through:

  • The Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
  • Worker induction programs, training courses, notices included in pay slips, and the notice board.

Further information can be obtained by contacting our head office located in Sydney.
