Nullifire F0100 putty pads

Traditionally where a substrate has been penetrated by an electrical backing box, there has been a requirement for the installation of a baffle box to ensure the fire integrity. With the advance of technology and utilising the experience that comes with being a market leader in fire rating solutions, Nullifire developed F0100 putty pads. F0100 is a non-setting intumescent bound in a silicone/rubber polymer based putty pad. As a non-setting compound it has been designed to reinstate the fire integrity of the substrate where it has been penetrated and compromised by an electrical backing box.

Asbestos and halogen free, F0100 is a cost effective fire rating solution. Fire rated to 2 hours, F0100:

  • Will not provide a conduct for electricity
  • Is resistant to mould, vermin and fungus attack
  • Eliminates the need for more expensive baffle boxes
  • Will reinstate the accoustic integrity of a 65dB partition
  • Is suitable for use on Masonry walls/floors or drywalls
  • Has been successfully been used in health and leisure centres, educational facilities, multi-storey buildings, commercial and industrial application
  • Has a Specific gravity of 1.55-1.6g/cm³
