Kitchen Floor - RBSA Office

In the last few months, Remedial's Brisbane office completed a relocation to new premises. Whilst official operations have been taking place from the new location at Geebung, finishing touches to the building itself have been completed most recently.

The last significant change was made to the kitchen floor. The previous white floor was in a state of disrepair, with sections of it slippery, cracked and generally unhygienic. Further, stains to other areas made it generally unappealing to the eye.

The decision was made to replace it with a composite floor that would be more durable and be more aesthetically pleasing. After discussions with the staff, the decision was made to lay an epoxy floor with an architectural finish - showroom style.

Using a mixture of colours, a unique blue grey floor was created. The floor has aesthetical appeal as well as all the advantages of an epoxy floor such as:

  • Impact and traffic resistance - thus giving it longevity
  • Chemical resistance - essential in our office where employees may track it in from the warehouse on their boots
  • Seamless flooring surface - preventing bacterial growth in grout

The floor laid in our offices is just an example of the architectural finishes we can acheive on a range of surfaces. If you would like photos or more information on how we can tailor an effective solution for you, please contact us today.
